About Poshwashnlube Windows & Siding: A Referral Service for Homeowners

Who We Are

Poshwashnlube Windows & Siding is a referral service. We help homeowners find independent local providers for window replacement and siding installation. We are not a contractor. We do not send out crews or do any of the work.

Why We Exist

Old houses can be hard to shop for. The framing is not square. Past repairs hide behind trim. A quote that ignores that can turn into a mess later. We built this site to give homeowners a calmer starting point and a straight explanation of what to expect.

How It Works

You send a request or ask for a callback. Details about your home and project help us point you toward a provider in our network who handles that kind of job. The provider then talks with you directly, asks questions and gives you a written quote.

A few notes on your side make this smoother:

• How many windows or how much wall area you have
• The age of the house, if you know it
• Past repairs, leaks or soft spots you have spotted
• The days and times that suit you for visits and work

What We Look For in Providers

We ask providers in our network to be upfront. They should explain their process in plain words, give written quotes, and respect your schedule. Plan around life. Kids, shifts and pets do not stop for a project, and a good provider works with that.

Providers are independent businesses. Each one carries its own licenses and insurance where local rules require it, and you should ask to see them.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not install windows or siding.
• We do not set your price. The provider does.
• We do not make promises about how fast a provider can come out.
• We do not handle insurance claims.

Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid

You pay nothing to use this site. Providers in our network may pay for the homeowner requests and calls we send them. That is how the site stays running. It does not mean you must hire anyone. You can compare quotes, say no and walk away with no obligation.

Old House, Honest Look

We cover home window replacement, including energy efficient windows, and vinyl siding and other siding work. Many providers look for jobs of two or more windows, and window repair on its own is usually not part of this service.
